Comments should now be threaded, unless I have completely borked everything.

Not really sure why, but the patch completely borked my comments; new comments got emailed to me but not inserted into the database, which is silly.

So I reverted to normal non-threaded comments. Maybe I or the patch/plugin author will figure it out eventually.

Well rumour has it there was a small typo in the documentation which has now been fixed. I'm still chasing a few bugs in my templates but the basic concept seems to be working now. Of course I reserve the right to be completely wrong when someone points out I am.
