I always liked it when people opened new windows--I tend to close windows when I'm done with something, and I always scold myself for it because I was surfing and of course had not made note of URLs at all . . . so I figured it was better to be safe than sorry. But you can still cut and paste the link . . . right? I won't use "target" again on your weblog. :) And yes, I didn't read the entire comment documentation. I noticed <a href> and that was it.
