Killer app

Mon, 9 Feb 2004

As I was procrastinating this evening, I looked over my application for my current job and realized two things. First of all, I'm not surprised that I got the job, because that was a really fantastic application. (All those failed applications were great for forcing me to learn self-promotion.) Secondly, I've done and learned the things that I wanted to do and learn. This has beeen a really successful experience.

I'm just thinking about this because I'm starting to look for a Real Job after graduation. It's scary, but I really shouldn't be nervous. After all, last April I would have been petrified if you'd told me where I'd be right now. Yeah, it'll be a new experience, but that just makes it more exciting. I can do anything!
