Sorry to do the linky-linky thing again, but this article about Microsoft's problems and how they were self-inflicted is really vindicating. It's not just why Microsoft is evil, it's why Microsoft is going to suffer for it. Evil contains the seeds of its own destruction, y'know.

The UW has a problem with over-enrollment. (This is essentially a financial problem, since they have 1,542 students more than the state pays for.) Their solution? Make people graduate. Students with more than 210 credits will have to file plans to graduate within a year. (An undergraduate degree is 180 credits.)
